I had listed this 4 BR, 2 1/2 colonial, located in a great neighborhood, on 2 acres of wooded property, with a circular drive, on a cul-de-sac and with a tennis court! In the end, my seller accepted an offer for almost full asking price. In this market, getting three offers on a property is very difficult; staging gives a seller’s home an edge over other properties that aren’t staged. I’m recommending to all my prospective sellers that they have their houses “Staged by Gabi” before they allow buyers to enter their home!
