I would like to introduce you to one of our new services - the online staging consultation. I was wondering how I can help more people prepare their homes for sale. I wanted to reach anyone who needs some help with staging. Then I thought this is the age of the internet. This can be the perfect tool to help others who are too far away for me to see them in person.

How does it work?

1. Sign up for the service.

2. Take pictures of your rooms one by one. Take pictures from different angles, so I can see your rooms clearly. Check your pictures; make sure they are not too dark.

3. Download them on your computer and email them to me with the checklist.

4. I’ll prepare your consultation and email it back.

What will it include?

This is a very personalized staging consultation specific to your own home. It’ll include a room by room report recommending necessary organizing, de-cluttering, packing, and repainting.

You will be way beyond your competitors who do not use a staging service.
