What is online staging coaching?

You are planning to put your home on the market but you don’t know where to start in preparing it. This process can be very overwhelming. I am here to help you with some tips and ideas to make this task easier. From the comfort of your home, you can talk to me personally, the owner of Staged By Gabi one on one and get answers for your questions. I’ll be there from start to finish, helping you put your plan together. The internet is great! You can be anywhere on the world, even on a business trip to China and yet, still talking to me.

You can sign up for a minimum 30 min. coaching session. First of all, I need to get familiar with your goals, problems and concerns that you are facing, so I can find you the best solution for your problems. My plan is going to be unique to you, just like every client’s situation is. If you need more time you can book as much as you need. My goal is to provide you with unlimited access so you can prepare for your selling process.

By taking my online coaching session you don’t have to research all the information. It would be very time consuming and I am sure that even if you try you could not find all the helpful information that I’ll provide. Some of the ideas you won’t find anywhere else because I developed them through my staging career preparing homes for sale, and working with realtors side by side.

With my tips you can avoid certain pitfalls that can cost you big money, even losing an offer. I have seen it happen before and unfortunately I still see it over & over again, if home owners don’t know about them or don’t follow my advice.

3) Gaining peace of mind
Selling a house is a very important process. This is the most valuable investment in anybody’s life. You need to be protected by carefully planning. It is a home while you live in it but not when selling it. When you want to sell it, you need to turn it into a product & market it that way. What does that mean? (I’ll explain in the coaching session) When you have a blueprint for this procedure and you follow it, you can be sure you have done everything that can help you sell your home faster and possibly gain a higher offer then your competition.

How much is a session?
The minimum that you can book is 30 min. Pricing is the following:

30 min. – $25 + tax = $27

1 hour - $45 + tax = $48

1 ½ hours - $70 + tax = $75

A National Association of Realtors survey shows that the longer a home stays on the market, the further below list price it drops. Homes that sold in the first 4 weeks averaged 1% more than the list price; 4 to 12 weeks averaged 5% less; 13 to 24 weeks averaged 6.4% less; and 24 weeks averaged more than 10% less.

• For example if your home's list price is $300,000, after 6 months your price drop can be $30,000.

• Studies show that staged homes sell, on average, for 6.3% more than homes that aren't staged. Again, on a $300,000 home, this translates to $18,900 you could be leaving on the table!

• Studies show that staged homes sell faster. This means less chance for price reductions and headaches.
