During that time you can take notes, so later on you can recall everything that we were talking about.

This service suits anybody's budget and it is going to be money well spent. It will show you if your home is ready to go on the market or if you need to change more things than you thought.

Drawbacks: In this case, you are not going to have as much information as you would have with a "Staging Consultation". I would not be able to certify your home as a "Staged property" and you and/or your agent would not be able to market the property as a "Staged home".
