I am not a Realtor, but because I work with them very closely, I know how hard it is to get a new listing & especially a good one. Sometimes they get an older listing that has been on the market as:

- a fsbo or
- one that another agent couldn't sell.


I was thinking of how I could help you in that process. Here are a couple of new ideas that have worked out very well and made many real estate agents happy.

Ask them to go with you to your appointment.

- Educate the homeowner about staging & why they should get help from a professional stager to prepare their home. They'll probably talk about staging generally, but not specifically about the homeowners' property. By giving them some helpful information, there is a good chance they will ask for the stager's service.
