1) Cut your lawn.

3) If its the right time of year, plant some colorful flowers in front of the home. They will warm everybody's heart.
4) Make your house's number visible.
If its broken, replace it. If its loose, fix it. Have the color of the number contrast the color of the house. Make sure anybody can see it clearly from the road. Place a light fixture next to it so it shows well even at night.
5) Light up your driveway and the path to the front door. Make them visible by using inexpensive solar lights that you can stick in the ground very easily. It will look very nice after dark.
6) Refinish your old wooden siding.

7) Does your mailbox look appealing? Change it or at least repaint it.
