I will review your property's exterior as well as the interior, room by room. I will take picture of each room and take notes. If some things have to be prepared by you before I start, I will let you know. The Actual Staging can take a day or more, depending on the project.

Staging can include: packing, organizing, decluttering, neutralizing, simplifying the decor, repositioning the furniture and much more...

Pricing depends on the size, the location and the condition of the home. If I stage the entire house I will give you a discount.

There are other cases when I can lower the price (if we combine Consultation with Staging), but it depends on the homeowner's willingness to work independently as per my instructions.

*Staging price does not include accessories and furniture rental, but we can address that when we discuss your budget.
