With a home staging consultation you are getting your own coach to guide you step by stepIn preparing your home for sale with a home staging consultation, you are making a very smart decision. I call this service: Staging Consultation ($350-400) 1st appointment: I will review your property's exterior as well the interior, room by room. I will take pictures of each room and take notes for myself. 2nd appointment: I will prepare a detailed report that I will go over with you step by step, outlining the things that you need to change. 3rd appointment: I will check what you have done. If it is still not what we want, I can add another appointment for an additional charge. (It is up to you how nice you want to make your home) Benefits: If you follow through with all my instructions you can make a very big difference in how people will view your home. This is good if you have a smaller budget to prepare your home, and if you have the time and the willingness to make your home more sellable to buyers. If this service is not suitable for you, we have the Actual Staging option.
Drawbacks: This is still not the Actual staging that I do. It is up to you to finish all the projects that I give you. This is time consuming and you have to manage your time. I don't do the work for you, I am just giving you instructions. Home staging advice ( Walk tru consultation )
